We currently offer one-on-one music lessons for piano and voice, for all ages and levels. If you’re  interested in learning an instrument that we don’t currently offer, please feel free to reach out and ask!  We are continuously expanding our school to include more instruments and different programs.

Each Student is given the opportunity to POSTPONE one lesson per semester, when Forest of Sound is provided no less than 24 hours-notice in advance of the Scheduled Lesson.

The 24-hour notice is required so that we may have advance notice to fill your instructor’s time with another lesson. This policy of advance notice also allows Forest of Sound to schedule your make-up lesson.

There are no refunds for missed lessons.

All Lesson Postponements must be made in a timely manner and must use our LESSON POSTPONEMENT FORM. Failure to provide timely advanced notice will result in the lesson being deemed as having taken place, with no opportunity for a refund or postponement, with the exception of one “emergency postponement” per twelve-month period. Forest of Sound will contact you about available dates for the make-up lesson, and it will be up to you to confirm, or to suggest another option.

Make-up lessons that are scheduled and then canceled cannot be rescheduled and will be considered completed.

Forest of Sound will try to schedule the make-up lesson with your usual instructor, but there may be times when this is not possible, and Forest of Sound will provide a substitute instructor.

Lessons missed with less than 24 hours-notice are considered ineligible for a refund. However, each student will be permitted one “emergency postponement” per 12-month period. An “emergency postponement” notice may be provided within 24-hours of a scheduled lesson by notifying Forest of Sound at the following email address, contact@forestofsound.com or by text at 626-658-7321. You may make one Emergency Notice Lesson Postponement during a twelve month period.
